Our clients include owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, and property managers. We value each and every client, and over the years, we have gained an understanding that the key to long-term success depends upon maintaining good client relationships.

Communication is critical, especially in the construction industry. By focusing our efforts on identifying client needs, we can efficiently and effectively satisfy their requirements. We listen, we respond, and we provide feedback! During each project, we become a part of the client's project team, focused on the complete project and their vision. We assemble a dedicated in-house team of mechanical construction professionals, and we excel in quality, performance, coordination, and delivery.

As an independently owned, family business, Jerry and Sheldon Shapiro are integrally involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and are always available to clients. To further assist in client relationships, we offer training classes to increase client knowledge of mechanical construction. With increased knowledge, we have found that communication is improved.
