Professional Project Management Team
The Shapiro & Duncan project management team is responsible for ensuring quality work delivered on time and within budget. Over the years, we have refined our approach to project management to make it as efficient as possible. At Shapiro & Duncan, we divide our project management staff into teams. Each team consists of one senior project manager, two to three project managers, an assistant project manager, a project coordinator, a project engineer, and an engineering student intern. With this approach, all members of the project management team are knowledgeable of project details. This means that any available team member can handle client questions--not just the senior project manager.

As industry leaders, Shapiro & Duncan utilizes Prolog Project Management and Primavera Scheduling, which are leading-edge software technologies, to assist our professional Project Management Team in scheduling and tracking the progress of all trades, equipment delivery dates, and phases of construction. In addition, using CADPipe, we prepare coordinated composite CAD drawings to aid in planning, fabrication, and installation. We have found that using these tools helps us to avoid design and construction delays.
