Prefabrication

Our fabrication shop is conveniently located in Landover, Maryland and has over 50,000 square feet, complete with well-equipped multiple workstations for cutting, welding, and joining all types and sizes of pipe. It has hoisting equipment, outside storage, parking, and ample office and training space.

With our state of the art equipment and our staff of qualified employees, we are able to accurately fabricate and assemble any type of piping configuration from the simplest riser to complex mechanical and boiler rooms. The fabrication shop provides a controlled environment that enables us to maintain a high degree of quality and a constant level of productivity regardless of weather or project site conditions.

Prior to any fabrication, we process coordinated drawings using CAD Pipe software which produces the necessary detail to make certain that all prefabricated items will properly fit within the mechanical design. All drawings are reviewed and approved by the on-site foremen. Once fabrication begins, the communication continues between the shop, CAD operators, and foremen.

Our fabrication shop has limitless capabilities. It enhances our ability to successfully tackle projects that require large number of assemblies, intense time constraints, complex welding needs, and custom fabrication requirements. This shop will allow us to continue to provide additional services to our customers and remain in the forefront of our industry.
