    • Employees will accrue 1.54 hours of PTO for every 30 hours worked up to 80 hours their first year.

*When a holiday falls on Saturday, it will be observed the preceding Friday.  If the holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be observed the following Monday.
In the event of a death in an employee’s immediate family, the employee will be granted three (3) days of paid leave. Immediate family shall include parents (including step-parents), spouse, children (including step-children), brother, sister, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren, mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandmother-in-law and grandfather-in-law. The request for leave and supporting documentation should be provided to Human Resources.
Maternity medical leave is paid leave associated with the birth of an employee’s own child. Leave is allotted for full-time employees, who have worked at least 1 year and 1,250 hours with the company. Maternity medical leave is not charged against an employee’s PTO and the amount of paid leave is 8 weeks.
